I have had multiple surgeries on one hip and the muscles are not extraordinarily strong, to say the least. I have counted on my daily Aqua Therapy classes run by Heather in a local recreation center to work on strengthening these muscles.
Then the COVID pandemic hit and everything shut down. Eventually I was able to arrange with Heather to come to me to do therapy exercises which has definitely helped my balance, posture, confidence to move without an aide and mobility in general. Heather has also made videos of various exercises which I can use in between visits. I am so grateful for her experience and calm direction.
